Sanjay Singh oversees the Paperboards & Specialty Papers as well as the Packaging & Printing Businesses of the Company. He was also the Divisional Chief Executive, Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division till September 24, 2020.

A Chemical Engineer from IIT Kanpur, Singh joined the erstwhile ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards Limited as a management trainee in 1977 and rose to become a whole time director in 1999. Consequent to the merger of ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards Limited with ITC Limited in March 2002, he took charge of the Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division as Executive Vice President (Manufacturing) with responsibility for Bhadrachalam, Tribeni, Kovai and Bollaram units before taking over as the Chief Operating Officer. Under his aegis, TPM and Lean manufacturing was implemented in the units.
