Rahul Gouraha

Chief Executive, Tobacco SBU - ITC Agri Business Division

Rahul Gouraha took over the role of Chief Executive of the Tobacco SBU, Agri Business Division in October 2025. He also serves as a Director of IIVL, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Tobacco SBU. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he joined ITC in 2004.

In his tenure of more than two decades, Rahul has held diverse leadership positions across Cigarettes, Foods and Agri businesses of ITC. In his initial years, he handled multiple roles across quality, process excellence and manufacturing at the Cigarette Business and set up the Six Sigma and Manufacturing Excellence program in the Division. As Category Manager in Confectionery business of ITC Foods, he was instrumental in initiating the value-added segments for this business. Subsequently, as Head of Manufacturing in Snacks, Noodles and Pasta businesses of ITC Foods he contributed towards roll-out of multiple new product segments and expansion of the manufacturing footprint of the businesses.
