Rohit Dogra

SBU Chief Executive,  Matches & Agarbatti

Rohit Dogra took over as Chief Executive of the Matches & Agarbatti SBU in September 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Chocolates, Coffee and Confectionery Cluster of ITC Foods Business.

He has nearly 25 years of experience in Sales and Brand Marketing across diverse categories in FMCG (Foods, Personal Care, Matches and Agarbatti), Education & Stationery Products and Tobacco. He was instrumental in designing the Go-To-Market strategies for multiple categories in the new age channels such as Modern Trade, Ecommerce and Institutions and has worked on growing the sales of multiple categories since their inception.

Rohit graduated from Delhi College Of Engineering and did his Masters in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi before joining ITC in 2001.
