S Sivakumar

S Sivakumar oversees ITC’s Agri and Information Technology Businesses. He also has responsibility for the Company’s Social Investments Programme, Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
An alumnus of the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), where he was the topper of the 1983 batch, S Sivakumar began his professional career working with a farmers’ cooperative, where he spent six years prior to joining ITC in 1989. He has served the Company in leadership roles within the Agri Business for over three decades.
He was the Divisional Chief Executive of ITC’s Agri Business Division from 1996 to 2017. During this period, the e‑Choupal initiative was conceived, developed and scaled under his leadership, contributing to the creation of a digitally enabled agri‑sourcing and farmer engagement model.
Sivakumar serves as Vice Chairman and Non‑Executive Director on the Boards of ITC Infotech India Limited, ITC Infotech Limited (UK) and ITC Infotech (USA), Inc. He is also Chairman and Non‑Executive Director of Technico Agri Sciences Limited, Technico Pty Limited, Australia, and ITC IndiVision Limited.
