Investor Charter - Registrars to an issue and share transfer agents (RTAs)

The Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Investor Charter for RTAs facilitates investor awareness on various activities where an investor has to deal with RTAs for availing investor service requests. This Investor Charter, inter alia, details the services provided to the Investors, rights of Investors, various activities of RTAs with timelines, Dos and Don'ts for Investors and Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

It may be noted that the Investor Service Centre of the Company is registered with SEBI as a Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent for providing in-house share registration and related services to the Company’s Shareholders and Investors.
