ITC Foods Business Division has won the “Inclusive Workplace Excellence” category at the CII–Employers’ Federation of India National Awards for Excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 2025.

The award recognises the division’s DEI journey, spanning gender and abilities representation, along with comprehensive initiatives implemented to develop diverse talent across functions. It also highlights long-term interventions that go beyond employment-ranging from well-being, safety, and sensitisation to support extended to families-creating an inclusive ecosystem across life stages.
