ITC Foods has been recognized as a winner at the BW People L&D Excellence Awards 2026 in the category - Best Inclusive Learning Program of the Year at the BW People Festival of L&D.

The award recognizes ITC Foods’ innovative approach to sensitization and awareness using social theatre as a methodology, and the comprehensive approach to women capability development programs (Rise, Stand Tall, Stride) throughout their career journey, thereby creating impact across life stages and building a sustainable and inclusive ecosystem.
