ITC’s Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) Division has been recognised at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2026, reaffirming its commitment to inclusion and talent excellence.

Excellence in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging - Silver

Anchored in the ARC Framework - Awareness, Representation and Capability Building, TM&D has focused on building Awareness through Allyship Workshops, I for Inclusion, enhancing Representation through internship programs and TrailblazHER, a lateral hiring initiative for experienced women professionals in frontline sales and building Capability through Stand Tall, RiseUp, and PathFindHer mentorship programs. These have aided in deepening sensitization, strengthening diverse hiring and enhancing leadership capability, with the DEI Champion Awards fostering ownership across the division.

 

Excellence in Recruitment & Hiring - Bronze

The Aarohan Internship Program, pioneered in TM&D’s Northern District, strengthens frontline hiring through a two-month field internship that gives candidates hands-on exposure to sales operations-enabling TM&D to onboard culturally aligned, deployment-ready talent.
