ITC Fiama, which launched with a unique gel bar and ‘joy of bathing’ proposition, is scaling up. Over the years, brand Fiama has been built to be vibrant and youthful. “We created a very different emotional promise. ITC positioned the entire Fiama brand on the concept of the joy of bathing,” said Sameer Satpathy, Chief Executive of ITC’s Personal Care Products Division.
