Expanding into high-potential growth areas, ITC Foods has ventured into vermicelli, besan powder, rava, building on the portfolio of its brands, including Aashirvaad, Bingo and Sunfeast.
In a conversation with The Hindu Business Line, to Hemant Malik, Executive Director, ITC Limited, stated, "We conducted extensive research across consumer segments and realised that needs vary within households, as every family cooks differently. Taking this into account during our product design process, we identified pain points by visiting consumers' homes, understanding their specific needs, and addressing their challenges."
