S N Venkatraman (Venky), took over as the Chief Executive of ITC's Packaging & Printing Business in August 2022. A Science graduate with an MBA degree from Symbiosis, Pune, he joined ITC in 1985 and has been associated with the Paperboards & Specialty Papers Business of the Company for over three decades.

In his long stint with ITC, Venky has held various leadership positions across functions including Marketing, Sales & Key Account Management as well as in Materials and Plantations. He has worked extensively on brand packaging in diverse industries spanning FMCG, Pharma, Food and other packaged goods. Prior to his current role, he was a member of the Management Committee of the Paperboards & Specialty Papers Business.

Venky has also been actively involved in various sustainability initiatives of the Company. He was instrumental towards ITC's WWF-GFTN India membership and the coveted FSC certifications for products and wood plantations. He also played a key role in development of CII Greenco and the GreenPro standards for paper packaging. Venky has been the convenor of State Council for CSR, CII Telangana and was the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Indian Institute of Packaging, Hyderabad.
