Investor Charter - Registrars to an issue and share transfer agents (RTAs)

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has developed an Investor Charter for RTAs in order to facilitate investor awareness about various activities where an investor has to deal with RTAs for availing investor service requests. The said Investor Charter, inter alia, details the services provided to the Investors, Rights of Investors, various activities of RTAs with timelines, Dos and Don'ts for Investors and Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

In this context, it may be noted that the Investor Service Centre of the Company is registered with SEBI as Category II Share Transfer Agent for providing in-house share registration and related services to the Shareholders and Investors.
