The iconic 'Bukhara' by ITC Maurya celebrates 45 glorious years of serving unique dining experiences . Interestingly, the restaurant has kept the same menu since its origin in 1978, said chef JP Singh, and shared unique cooking techniques, sourcing practices and reveals what goes into the making of the legendary 'Dal Bukhara'.
