ITC has been honored with two first prizes at the FICCI Sustainable Agriculture Awards 2024, solidifying its position as a sustainability leader. The honors were for 'Farm Level Sustainability Initiatives while Sourcing for its Dairy Operations' and the Climate Smart Village Programme, under the category of 'Program on Natural Resource Management and Climate Resilient Agriculture'.

The awards are a recognition of the Agribusiness division and Social Investments Programme - Mission Sunehra Kal's (MSK) sustained engagement with farmers for productivity enhancement, promotion of climate resilient farming, initiatives to reduce GHGs emission, providing a transparent system of milk collection to improve farm realization, and creating climate resilient agri-based livelihood opportunities.

The FICCI Sustainable Agriculture Awards recognizes organizations that excel in fostering sustainable practices throughout the agricultural value chain such as safeguarding farmers' economic well-being, conserving vital natural resources like soil and water, protecting the environment, and addressing climate change challenges.
