ITC is proud to be recognized as one of the Top 25 companies at the inaugural CII Awards for Excellence in Women in STEM. This honour highlights ITC's steadfast commitment to enhancing representation of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.

The recognition celebrates the efforts of ITC's Foods Business and Life Sciences and Technology Centre (LSTC), its Research and Development hub, in driving inclusivity across roles.

ITC's Foods Division has worked towards building an equitable ecosystem through initiatives on representation, retention and inclusive policies. Notably, its ICML (Integrated Consumer Goods Manufacturing and Logistics) facility in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, boasts 70% women in its workforce. Other units in Mysuru, Guwahati, Medak (Telangana), and Khordha (Odisha) also feature high female representation.

Meanwhile, ITC's Life Sciences and Technology Centre stands out with a remarkable 49% gender diversity, fostering gender neutrality, and building an empowering culture for women.

This achievement is a testament to the collective dedication of ITC's teams and reinforces our resolve to shape a future where inclusivity and excellence go hand in hand.
